Our entire modus operandi is based on the premise that we manufacture short to medium runs of pressure vessels cheaper and faster than any other manufacturer. This concept is based on a unique production system which requires massive investment in a one stop shop manufacturing approach. This allows us to take out costs and ensure control over quality and production – prices are kept down without losing flexibility.
We have made, and will continue to make, a significant investment in plant. An important method of reducing overall costs is ensuring the plant is in use 24 hours a day, in order to spread fixed overhead costs over as large a production run as possible.
With our capacity in CNC, laser cutting, robotic welding, shot blasting, end manufacture and powder coating we are able to extend these economies to any company involved in manufacture.
