Laser Cutting and Profiling

In 2010 Rednal invested £400k in a new 4KW CNC Amada machine with 3 metre x 1.5 metre table. This new table can profile 20mm carbon Steel, 12mm Stainless Steel and up to 10mm aluminium.

It offers unparalleled speed, economy and flexibility and gives Rednal a 'cutting edge' in maintaining its lead in the pressure vessel market.

In order to ensure minimum costs for our other clients we operate the laser 24 hours a day and are always happy to take on laser profiling only contracts.

By using the latest constantly updated technology we are able to maximise both throughput and yield, efficiently handling contract, jobbing and specialist steel cutting requirements.

Combined with the extensive CNC forming and machining, CNC powerpress, powder coating and shot blasting facilities Rednal offers a laser profiling and fabrication capability that is second to none in quality, price and service.
