Powder Coating & Shot Blasting

Rednal operates its own shot and bead blasting facility alongside its own continuous powder coating facility which offers phosphate pre-treatment, gas re-circulating drying oven, multi-booth powdering with powder recovery, in line drying with infra-red heaters and continuous laser temperature control.

The latest low cure, low film powders in Epoxy / Polyester, Epoxy, thermoplastic polymer alloys and Polyester can be used and colours / textures custom matched. Film thicknesses are continually monitored and drying speeds optimised to provide the perfect finish.

All coatings are available in a range of finishes such as stipple, hammer, smooth and metallic and can be full or semi gloss, matt or satin. In conjunction with our state of the art laser profiling and CNC forming and machining, Rednal offers a sub contract powder coating facility that is enormously flexible.
